Q: Do I have to clean or do some repairs before you look at my house?
A: You don’t have to do anything. We will just be looking at the location, the main structure and the major systems of the home. After the possessions that you want are taken out of the house we will take care of whatever is remaining.
Q: What kind of houses do you buy?
A: We are looking for houses located in subdivisions that are usually less than 50 years old. We are problem solvers. If you have a home you acquired through divorce, inheritance, or just an unwanted rental, we will give you a fair cash offer and will be able to close at your convenience.
Q: Are there any fees or commissions that I will have to pay?
A: There are no fees or commissions that you will have to pay. The offer we make in cash is what you will receive.
Q: How long will it take to get my money?
A: Typically, we can close within 7 days or whenever you wish.
Q: How much will you pay me for my house?
A: How much we pay for the house will be determined by the repairs needed to make it marketable. Typically we pay 65 to 70% of fair market value less the cost of repairs.
Q: Who does the closing on my house?
A: We use the attorneys with Prism Title Company located in Northern KY or with the attorney of your choice.
Q: How do I know you guys are on the up and up?
